Master C.K. Chu runs the Chu Tai
Chi school in NYC, where he has taught
Tai Chi and other related Taoist
practices for over thirty years. He felt
the need to reach more people, and put
together this book of exercises. It
explains how to do each exercise
simply and clearly in easy language
with step by step instructions
spplemented with clear photographs.
The hardcover book has a special
binding that allows you to lay it down
open and flat for reference while you go
through the exercises. Master Chu's
"Recipe for health" sticks to three
simple fundamentals: Breathing,
alignment and a relaxed state of mind.
The exercises move Chi (energy)
through blocked meridians and
gradually removes these block, thus
creating better health and well being.
Not all chi kung practices are the same,
and the practice taught in this unusual
book is one of the best ways to start
yourself on a new path to better health.
I highly recommend it.-Ron Rebhuhn
